What you can expect
- A free twenty-minute call before any money changes hands, where I'll say no if it isn't a fit.
- A written proposal with the price, the date and the guarantee above the small print.
- Numbers that trace to something: a worksheet row, a measured throughput, a CVSS score. Never a figure I made up.
- A confidentiality agreement on request, and your data destroyed on written request.
What I won't promise
- A savings figure or a return. Payback arithmetic is a projection from your own numbers, and it's labelled as one.
- That anything is unhackable. Nobody can promise that.
- A compliance certification. I'm not an auditor or a law firm.
- Client logos or case studies. I don't have any yet, and I'd rather tell you that than borrow someone else's.
