Line 01 · Automation

Find the hours your team is losing, or pay nothing.

One week of measured data from the people doing the work. Ten repeating tasks, costed at your own rates. Three worth automating, each with a fixed build price. And a list of the ones to leave alone.

Offers

Start with the measurement, build only what pays back

Hours Audit

$950 + HST

5 business days from the intake call · 100% up front · credited in full against a build started within 30 days

  • Your ten most repeated manual tasks, measured on a one-week staff worksheet — not estimated in a meeting
  • Each one costed at your own loaded labour rates, with the arithmetic shown
  • A build / later / keep-manual verdict on every task, with the reason
  • The three worth building, each with a fixed build price — not a range
  • A do-not-automate list, and why each one stays with a person
  • Dependencies and failure modes per recommended build
  • Payback arithmetic: hours returned against build price, and the month it pays for itself
  • A recorded 60-minute walkthrough and 14 days of written follow-up
Guarantee

Late by a day and it's free. If I don't find at least ten hours a month worth automating, it's free. Fixed price. Credited in full against any build started within 30 days, so proceeding makes the audit cost nothing.

One Desk — a single job, automated end to end

$2,400 + HST

10 business days from payment · 50% at start, 50% on acceptance, net 14

  • The automation itself, running on your accounts
  • Integration with the two or three systems it touches
  • A human approval step on anything that leaves your business
  • A one-page runbook written for whoever has to deal with it at 8am
  • A recorded walkthrough and 14 days of fixes after handover
Guarantee

The acceptance tests are written into the scope before work starts, and the final 50% isn't due until they pass in front of you. Fixed price. It runs on your accounts, so it keeps working whether or not you ever call me again.

Agent Team Build — automations that hand work to each other

$7,500 + HST

30 business days from payment · 50% at start, 50% on acceptance, net 14

  • Three to five automations, each with one job, passing work between them
  • Enforced limits on what each one can reach — they can't wander outside their job
  • An approval gate on every send and every spend
  • Runbook, recorded walkthrough, and 30 days of fixes
Guarantee

Every automation has its own written acceptance criteria, and the handoffs between them are tested too. All must pass before the final payment is due. Fixed price, full documentation handover, or the build isn't finished.

Care Retainer

$900 / month + HST

Delivered clients only · 30 days notice either side · no auto-renewal trap

  • Up to 4 hours a month of fixes when a system changes underneath your automation
  • One new or amended job each month
  • A written monthly note: what ran, what failed, what I did, and what I'd do next
Guarantee

First response by the next business day. The monthly note arrives or that month is free. Unused hours don't roll over, and I say that up front rather than burying it.

Work outside a scope or retainer

$185 / hour + HST

Quoted and approved in writing before it starts — never billed as a surprise

The audit week

From first call to report in five days

  1. Free fit callTwenty minutes. Your volume, your systems, who decides. If the ten-hour floor looks unrealistic for your business, I say so here and you pay nothing.
  2. Intake callForty-five minutes. Every system anything is typed into, every recurring task, who does it, what triggers it, and your loaded hourly rates. Worksheets go out the same day.
  3. Your staff keep the worksheetOne sheet per person, five minutes a day: task, start, end, systems used, and how annoying it is out of five. The messy version is the useful one.
  4. AnalysisOccurrences, measured minutes, monthly hours, annual cost at your rates, then a verdict and a fixed price per build. Anything nobody logged is marked "not measured" and excluded rather than estimated into the total.
  5. Report and walkthroughThe report, a recorded sixty-minute call, and a fortnight of follow-up. Then it's your decision: build with me, build with someone else, or do nothing.

The arithmetic is in the report: occurrences × measured minutes ÷ 60 for monthly hours, × your loaded rate for annual cost, and build price ÷ monthly value for payback. Hours round down and costs round down. A conservative number that survives scrutiny is worth more than a large one that doesn't.

Fit

Who this is for

A good fit

  • An Ontario business with at least two people.
  • Recurring work moving between systems that don't talk: invoicing, quoting, intake, scheduling, reporting, order entry, document assembly.
  • Someone who can decide and pay without a committee.
  • Willing to have staff keep a worksheet for a week.

I'll turn it down

  • A one-person business with little recurring admin — the ten-hour floor probably won't be met, and it isn't worth your money.
  • Anyone wanting a document to justify cutting staff.
  • Anyone who won't let me see the actual work.
  • Anyone who wants the audit to bless a tool they've already bought.

Start

Twenty minutes, no charge

Tell me the one task somebody repeats every week and roughly how long it takes. I'll tell you on the call whether an audit is worth your money, and I'll say no when it isn't.
